Good Pilot needs Good Instructor

アメリカに来て教官から一転、訓練生として空を飛んでいますが、

その中で感じたのが、良いパイロットになるには、良い教官が必要という事です。

訓練生はフライトはもちろん、グランドも含めて教官の空への向き合い方、

パイロットとしての振る舞い方、いかにプロフェッショナルであるかというのを

見ていて、これに倣って自身の目指す姿を形成しているのだと思います。

これに気付かせてくれた、Florida Flyersのプロフェッショナルな教官陣に感謝です。

さて、素晴らしい教官陣に倣って勉強します。

Since I came to the United States, I flow as a Student pilot for PPL, IR, MEL.

During this training (not completed yet..), I come to know that

"Good Pilot needs Good Instructor"

Trainees are always looking how CFI acts for flying,

also, how to prepare and maintain a skill and knowledge as a professional.

I think that if good CFI shows great act for it, trainees are try to reach for that level.

I appreciate to all great CFIs at Florida Flyers!
